My Saving Grace In Times of Body Aches and Pain

As we get olde we usually experience joint pains. Back pains and just almost every where.

I get back and shoulder aches because of the way I sleep which can not be helped and being on the computer often. I am glad sitting does not bother much because of my new cushion.

So I usually resort ot external and sometimes internal relief.

Bengay is good for massaging on large areas like my calves and lega. The salompas patch I can place on my shoulders for long relief. I would take the naproxen only if it is unbearable and I need to relax and sleep.

I try to make sure I have some salompas and any kind of liniment available when needed, especially during the night.

We really can’t help the aches and pains, we are getting old and so are our bones and joints. We can just try to make them more bearable.
