Carrot Cake for breakfast!
I had a day off yedterday, so I had a little time and made a Carrot cake.

My Recipe
400g of carrots
100g brown sugar
100g white sugar
Zest of one orange
4 eggs
240ml olive oil
240g flour
2 tsp soda
2 tsp baking soda
1,5 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt

buttercream
50g powdered sugar
80g white chocolate
50g butter
300g cheese cream
Juice of half orange

I baked a carrot cake - it's useful, and you can not see carrots. People who do not like carrots and do not notice it. Very good recipe.
Yes, some people that tasted it and after that asked me what cake it is, and I said them that is a carrot cake don't believed it hahahaha thank you for you lovely comment!!
