My Actifit Report Card: August 28 2018
Today routine was a bit casual. Not much going on aside standard cycle and work related moving around.
Cycle to and from work 8 km.
Working in catering service so there was walking around for roughly 7km during work time; not that busy.
Workout was skipped as it is rest day.
Usually I workout every other day, sometimes skipping in on weekends as on weekends I like to cycle up the hills, sometimes up to 40 km. Roughly it comes down to around 3 or 4 times a week, sometimes 5, sometimes none; depending on my time and activities. Also cycling to and from work for 8 km can be counted as exercise too, so you can say I do it 5 times a week as well.
