Hello! My name is Xenia, I’m 22 years old, born in germany and I want to share my journey with you here.

I have many passions and interests in life like health, fitness, self-development, animals, art. On the one hand exercising, spending time outside and a healthy plantbased diet are a huge part of my lifestyle and I’m completely dedicated into it. On the other hand I incooperate meditation, art and yoga in my daily routines as well.

One of my biggest goals in life is to find happiness and to truly love myself and my life. I’ve started this blog because I want to share my experiences and bring happiness and motivation to your life! I believe that we are all students of life and we can help each other and learn from each other.
