Newly created dishes with my new team...
Hello lovely people of the world of Steemit!
In couple of days I will celebrate my first month at the luxurious 5-star hotel The Residence Mauritius...time is really flying but in the meantime I have started to better know my new working place!
Everything is going on fine for me there in this new atmosphere and couple of days back I made some of my first newly created dishes with my new team!
The following food photos that I will share form part of the new romantic dinner menu that will be launched very soon at The Residence Mauritius! Guests will have a choice of 5 starters, 4 main courses and 5 desserts to choose from...
Here we go for a glimpse of what's in this menu...

Sous vide cooked marinated chicken breast with paprika, papaya and pineapple salsa, avocado gel and olives!
Creamy lemon and mascarpone risotto, roasted prawns and chicken jus!
Beef fillet, carrots declinations and onions, red wine sauce!
Smoked marlin cannelloni with goat cheese, melon-celery salsa, port wine reduction!
Crusted lamb loin with almond and curry leaves, vegetables and capers-balsamic sauce!
I had a lot of fun cooking and plating these dishes with my new team! In the days to come I will be sharing more and more foods from my new working place...stay tuned for these!
