My Actifit Report Card: July 3 2019
Fresh air today. Was a joy to have a walk during lunch break. In the evening went to see Aladin. I liked it :)
I can live with these lower temperatures. Dont need the head. When my muscles werent still sore from monday I would have gone running today.
Yeah, it's good to have a few days of more reasonable temps!
