Highway Masala Dosa

Hi everyone,

As weekend approaches, took out the wheels on highway for Morning breakfast☺️

Lot better than every day traffic drive. Fresh air from the fields make a refreshing memory to drive. And on the Highway it's fun to taste different restaurant.

Here is one such bite from today's breakfast

It was crispy , but not as crispy as paper which does not give you the taste. A fine lower mid thin spread of Masala on it. And the good oil used to fry punching your tastes
