My Actifit Report Card: May 4 2020..... Awesome Monday ๐๐ฃ๐จ๐๐๐๐ฏ๐๐๐ผ๐๐ด๐คโโ ๐ผ๐ถ๐โจ
Hello everyone ๐,
Happy Monday and a very warm welcome to my report ๐. Hopefully your week is off to a great start, mine has been another wonderful and active day. As always glad that you took the time to stop by yet again ๐. It's now time to quickly run you through my stepping activities of the day ๐จ.
Just like yesterday it was another early start brisk walking around the neighborhood.
I ended my morning session ๐ฃ just before ten o'clock having achieved my automaticwin ๐.
Later after resting, I caught up with the latest happenings around the world ๐.
You know the corona is still up there and just like you am wishing it goes away sooner rather than later ๐ฏ.
After what happened yesterday, I find it hard to trust those positive cases. I just wonder why they have to send us substandard testing kits๐น๐ฑ.
On a positive note ; everyone in crypto land is looking forward to the coming bitcoin halving. Things are still looking bullish and I enjoyed watching crypto videos.
Come early afternoon, I had another short walk around the neighborhood. I had been infront of the screen long enough and I wanted to rest my eyes. The warm sunshine ๐ was very welcoming.
After my walk, I took care of the usual house work of cleaning and tidying up
Later I lay down for my usual afternoon nap ๐ด. It was fantastic ๐ and I woke up feeling energetic ๐ช.
Then I had some ginger tea โ and sweet potatoes ๐ before embarking on the sunset โ
walk. The final walk of the day, slow paced and very relaxing.
This time alongside the main road and then finished off in the neighborhood after it got dark.
That's pretty much how my day has gone by and I wanna thank you for reading this far ๐. I truly appreciate your continued support ๐ and love ๐
