This is the latest post about the Steem Camp Event report that we have carried out. The Steem Camp event which was planned since the beginning of January has been carried out successfully. This post will provide detailed information about the Steem Camp event.

Event Name and Theme

This event is held under the name "Steem Camp". The initiative of active promoters in Indonesia raised this event with the theme "Be a Professional Promoters".

Time and place

The Steem Camp event was held on Saturday - Sunday, January 29-30, 2022. The Steem Camp event took place at the Camping Mepar Satu location, Mendale, Kebayakan, Central Aceh Regency, Aceh 24519. This is the most popular camp center in the Tekengon area which is on the edge of Lut Tawar lake.

Event Schedule

The entire series of events has gone according to the schedule that we have published in the intro post for the Steem Camp event. All agendas are carried out according to the guidelines and mentoring at the time of meeting preparation.

Flag raising

In the afternoon we started to make preparations to raise the flag at the camp site. The flags being flown are the Steemit flag and the Steem Infinity Zone (SIZ) community flag. The SIZ community is one of the communities that supports the sponsorship of this event with the support of the VIP package.

Flags began to be tied to poles and flown in the center of the campsite from night to noon. This flag is flown as our identity as the organizer of the Steem Camp event. The flag is also a medium for promotion and steemit campaigns in public spaces.

Steemit Presentation

In the evening I presented steemit at the camp center. Presentations are carried out in a professional manner and are supported by digital devices and media. This presentation was also seen by a number of other visitors who passed by our camping area.

In this presentation I provide a detailed guide about the PromoSteem community, Steem Infinity Zone and Business Activity. I also gave an explanation about the Steem Travelers and Steem Kids communities. The participants seemed enthusiastic about listening to the presentation, they didn't even hesitate to ask questions and discuss.

Promotion Through Brochure

I have printed a number of brochures that will be used as promotional media at the campsite. In the morning, a number of our promoters moved to promote and distribute flyers to visitors at the campsite. In the brochure that was distributed, there was a number of information about steemit made in Indonesian. In this brochure, we also include the logo of the community that has supported the Steem Camp event.

Submission of Environmental Protection Campaign Banner

At the Steem Camp event, we also handed over a banner to the event organizer from the Gayo Camping Ground. This banner contains information and campaigns to protect the environment. This campaign is supported by the Steem For SDGs project in collaboration with the Community Ready to Build (KSM).

The banner also contains a link that directs readers to the www.steemit.com website. We have also included the logos of a number of communities that have sponsored and supported the steem camp event. This banner is to be installed by the Gayo Camping Ground at the camp site as a media campaign to protect the environment.

Clean Up

In the morning, after doing fitness activities, the team of promoters also did a clean up. Clean ups are carried out at the campsite to clean up trash. This is a form of campaign that we are doing in an effort to implement the Planet Positives movement which is driven through Steem For SDGs.

This event has also been published via Instagram by the event organizer Gayo Camping Ground. The post, they also made a short caption accompanied by the steemit hashtag. Gayo Camping Ground is a support provider of camp facilities in the Steem Camp event.

Camping Participants

This location is a very popular camping in the Takengon area. Every weekend many tourists camp and spend their weekends by the lake. According to the event organizer, this week there were more than 300 tourists camping in this area. Meanwhile, our team consists of 18 people who act as promoters.

Menu

The team in charge of the kitchen served us dinner. The dinner menu is in the form of grilled chicken complete with delicious sauce. In addition, there are also other menus in the form of grilled corn, grilled meatballs and various snacks.

Dinner took place in front of the tent site in the center of the camp. We enjoyed the evening with the outdoor concept. All participants and team seemed to enjoy dinner.

This event has been supported by a number of Steemit communities. Our sponsorship consists of the PromoSteem community, Steem Infinity Zone (SIZ), Business Activity and Steemkids. We have collaborated with the Steem-Travelers community in organizing this event on a traveling and promotional basis.
