A Crabby Day at the Beach!
A trip to the beach always helps rejuvenate an exhausted soul. On this particular day I found a particularly secluded spot on St. George Island, Florida. With the exception of a couple of people here and there, the beach was empty throughout most of the day.
After awhile I began to take notice of my surroundings. My spot on the sand was surrounded by tiny holes, and as I pondered what might have caused them, I drifted off to sleep.
When I awoke, I was surrounded by crabs! At my movements, they scurried back to the holes in the sand. After awhile, they would re-appear. As long as I was perfectly still, they roamed freely about.
Luckily I was able to snap this photo with my Canon Powershot SX700 HS before this one disappeared. I hope you've enjoyed it!
