Things you need:

1. Card stock (I have used Paper in this tutorial)
2. Scissors
3. color pencils

Steps:

1. Draw what ever character or cartoon you want as your bookmark.

1. Cut out the character drawing

4.Make cuts near hands so that you can insert it into paper
