Diet for Enhanced Perception, See Beyond the Matrix

In this Video I share my thoughts and experience on refining my diet, and how it can enhance our perception of life. Most human beings partake in lifestyles that make us slowly numb to life. In being numb we pursue more and more drastic things to get a pleasant feeling, and these drastic things make us more numb. It's a vicious cycle and we can feel that there is no way out. For a real solution we have to come back to our basic actions such as what we are doing and how we are eating.

Through modifying our lifestyle, real health and vibrance starts to emerge. Going through the discomfort of detoxing and habit changing takes real strength, mentally and physically. When you go to take charge, your mind may resist and resolve is necessary.

Eating more plant based foods allows the brain to reach a different level of functioning - especially the pineal gland. Eating foods like meat shuts down the pineal gland. Fluoride in water and toothpaste is also harmful for our perception. This substance directly penetrates to the pineal gland, calcifying and shutting down those third eye capacities. The third eye isn't necessarily about going on vision quests, it's about seeing things truly and being aware of the real energy currents in your life - your patterns and how to live consciously.

This is very much about the energy content of food, high energy foods like fruit give the human being a boost on the level of consciousness. The more consciousness and life energy that we contain then the greater our perception. Yogis have understood this for many thousands of years, and this is why they engineer their lifestyle to be one that facilitates a high energy level. High energy means enhanced perception, the neural system becomes able to channel and maintain a higher current, therefore the perception is enhanced.

When I talk about enhanced perception, I am talking about a more spacious awareness which isn't so intensely involved in small things. Enhanced awareness means that we function from a broader picture of how things work. This is like having a special ability to become a hawk which rises up and looks down on everything, seeing it from a distance. Having some distance means we keep a healthy perspective, and we don't get upset about small things and make minor issues into big ones.

Keeping that balance goes a long way toward our well being, it is continually taken away if we are unable to perceive the mechanisms that drain us of our life energies.

Enhanced perception also means that we can see life in an increasingly subtle way. The energy dynamics between you and situations will become clear. What was once just a vague feeling now becomes very plain for you to see, and you can choose whether or not you want to partake in it or not.

I highly recommend refining the diet, working toward more fresh fruit and vegetables. Cutting out meat and dairy products. Going further we can start to remove alcohol, pharmaceuticals, recreational drugs, and refined sugar.

It's a whole process starting to detox and heal your body, for me it has taken years and I still have a lot of room to move in to. So be kind to yourself and realistic with what you can achieve. If you can change one thing every month or so then I say you would be doing very well. It's far better to make a sustainable change which is small, than to overestimate your abilities and then take a massive swing back into unhealthy habits.
