Croustillant aux asperges
Une recette sympa et rapide avec des pointes d'asperges surgelés et des feuilles de brick.
- 12 asperges décongelées
- 2 tranches de jambon cru
- 2 feuilles de brick
- copeaux de parmesan
- huile d'olive.
Avoir avoir fait décongeler les asperges les cuire dans un poêle à couvert avec un demi verre d'eau.
Laisser cuire à feu moyen 10-15 minutes selon vos goûts en surveillant le volume d'eau.
Faire deux bouquets de 6 asperges et enrouler une tranche de jambon cru autour.
Prendre une feuille de brick, déposer quelques copeaux de parmesan et rabattre un des bords vers l'intérieur.
Mettre un des bouquets d'asperges en laissant dépasser les pointes.
Rouler la brick en serrant un peu.
Dans une poêle chaude avec un peu d'huile d'olive faire dorer le croustillant sur toutes les faces.
Déposer sur du papier absorbant et servez bien chaud.
