Ensuring that Project.hope will survive current bear market [do not resteem]
INTRODUCTION
Many of you may have noticed my lack of presence in the last couple of months. While moving my entire life from one country to another - I've lost myself in a number of activities outside of Steemit. As many of you, I also reached a point in which the savings created during the last bull run came to an end. Attempting to secure other sources of income greatly affected my work here within our community.
In other words: Life got in the way
I'm sure some of you can relate as this is a story that is being shared by most of our community members. Several other Project.hope members have also reduced their presence on Steemit and are looking for other means to survive. Regardless where in the world we're based, it surely is not an easy task.
Today, I would like to ask for some of your time and attention. As I would like to discuss some ideas and upcoming initiatives, which hopefully `will bring' project.hope back to life.
MARKET CONDITION and price of STEEM
I strongly believe that the so-called 'crypto winter' caused mainly by the actions of FED (and other central banks) is coming to an end. Interest rates are already at a very high level and raising them any higher will be very painful for many economies, banks, corporations .... With inflation dropping, it is just a matter of time before monetary loosening will happen, and history shows that EACH TIME it brings back liquidity to more risky markets.
So it is very unlikely that BTC would re-test bottom at 16k usd, I would expect that "the worst '' is behind us and hopefully with the crypto market recovering - we will also see the price of STEEM recovering from current levels.
It seems obvious to me that once the price of STEEM increases then many former PH members will come back and those who are still around will become even more active.
CRUCIAL TASK is to ensure that Project.hope will survive until then. It's UP TO ALL OF US to do our part to help our community survive current challenges.
And there are two things we all can do to make it happen:
THINGS THAT NEED to happen for PH TO SURVIVE
1) MORE PUBLICATIONS
Right now the amount of daily publications is lower than 10 posts a day (less than 70 active posters). That is becoming a problem and I would need to ask you all for a little bit more consistency with posting. I hope I can count on all of you in that aspect. Please try to be consistent. Even with just 1 or 2 publications a week.
Your rewards now may not be high, but I would like you all to think about your future payouts (once the price of STEEM will recover). If most PH members will stop posting now, then there won't be any future payouts. So we will all lose out in the future, if we stop being active today.
2) MORE DELEGATIONS
It is the most obvious solution. if we could secure more delegations - then obviously everyone would benefit since post payouts would increase. Right?
Since December, I've focused my efforts on doing just that. Trying to secure more delegations and I've managed to double @project.hope SP (from around 150k all the way to current 290k ). I came to realize that it is important to increase PH voting power faster than the price of STEEM has been dropping during the recent bear market.
Since I could achieve that pretty much on my own - then can you imagine what we could achieve if we work together towards the same goal of increasing project.hope's SP? For that reason I'm planning to launch a campaign aiming to promote our PH delegation program in the hope that we could attract more supporters (delegators).

MOVING FORWARD: upcoming campaign
This upcoming Friday (5th of may) I'm planning to publish an article promoting the PH delegation program and I would need as many people as possible to help me bring traffic to that post.
Campaign will last for 5 days only (until 10th of may).
Please WRITE TO ME via discord (or drop a comment below) if you would be able to invest a few hours of your time within those days (05.02 - 10.02.2023). I will discuss this topic in more detail with everyone involved and explain steps ahead of us.
I would appreciate your active participation in that campaign..
I can only hope that I will manage to build a team of minimum 10 people, who will help me out with this task. Knowing that our work and our effort will serve us in the future. Knowing that by bringing more delegations we're all affecting our own post payouts.

Thank you for the leadership and for always being consistent, your guidance will always be well received, I am convinced that together we can strengthen Project.HOPE, when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.
As for the bear market, I think the worst is over and going forward the situation with the FED will start to turn around to try not to completely suffocate the economy, and that will somehow positively impact the cryptocurrency market.
The strength of Project.HOPE comes from each member, at other times we have shown that we are an active community, and in the face of adverse circumstances such as the current bear market establishing collective strategies will always pay off in the future.
Count on me to participate in the promotion of the PH delegation program.

Hi team, I also hope that the worst of the market is over, this coming Wednesday jerome powell, president of the fed, will speak, especially about the rate hike, I think that will be a key day to have a better idea of where the market will go from here on.
And certainly, the posts on PH are necessary to keep the community going, for my part, I am committed to increase the amount of posts I will be making per week.

I don't think Jerome will say anything that may have much of an impact. Regardless if he will keep interest rates without any change or still increase it by 0.25% - time of pivot is already here. It's only matter of question when FED will change their monetary policy. And with every bank collapse this time is only getting closer.
That's at least my view. Would you agree or disagree with me?

No doubt, there's decline in activity in this community i've not been much consistent with my post as well.
The survival of PH is very important and as a community we must collectively work together towards making this community very active again, current steem price have not been encouraging but more delegation we can strike the balance and increase our engagement as a whole.

I understand, the income in Steemir is currently very low due to the prices of cryptocurrencies. Taking time to secure other sources of income and protect the family is vital. I like the idea of increasing the delegations, if I can help with anything I am at your disposal.
