Our family determined that the lamb carpaccio makes quite a nice starter whilst dining at Ascough’s in Market Harbour in Leicestershire here in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

The dish other than raw thinly sliced lamb features Spanish quail egg, pickled walnuts, shaved fennel, baby leaves and lemon dressing.
