Quick chocolate cake
Ingredients
- 2 layers of yeast-free puff pastry (you can use any other ready-made dough);
- ½ cup of softened butter;
- 55–60 g of dark chocolate;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- ¾ cup flour;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- a pinch of salt;
- 1 cup of semi-sweet dark chocolate shavings.
Cooking
Roll out the dough and place it in a baking dish. Then do the stuffing. Melt butter in a saucepan, add chocolate to it and stir until it is completely melted. Then remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sugar. Add flour, eggs, vanilla extract and salt. Mix well, then enter the last ingredient - chocolate chips.
Pour the filling onto the base of the cake and bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. The crust will indicate the readiness of the dessert.
