Baked potatoes with filling

Ingredients

• 2 sausages;
• vegetable oil - for frying;
• 1 small onion;
• 3 cloves of garlic;
• 1 sweet pepper;
• 1 teaspoon rosemary, oregano or other seasoning to your taste;
• 4 boiled or baked potatoes;
• ¼ cup sour cream or plain yogurt;
• 100 g of hard cheese.
  
  

Cooking

Cut the sausages into cubes and fry them in vegetable oil. After a golden crust, place them on paper towels to remove excess fat. In the same pan fry chopped onion. When it becomes transparent, add to it press garlic, diced peppers and seasonings.

Cut the potatoes in half, remove the core with a spoon, leaving walls about 5–7 mm thick. Inside each half, put a little sour cream or yogurt and stuffing from sausages and vegetables. Rub the cheese on top.

The dish can be served on the table already in this form, or you can put it in the oven or microwave for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.
