불금인데.. 늦께까지 일보다가 집에 와서
저녁 늦게 집에와서, 간단하게 저녁겸 술상을 봤네요.
아침에 먹었던 부대찌게에 간단히 라면을 끓여서 안주로..
7월부터 다음과 같은 목표로 한강공원 걷기 운동을 하고 있습니다.
- 하루에 한강공원을 8Km이상 걷기 (특별한 날과 주말은 제외)
- 위 걷기를 2시간 이내에 마무리
- 한달 누적으로 300,000보 걷기 달성.
