信任
信任是從何而來?
這是一個歷史問題，下屬相信上司，必定是上司要先言正身正。縱使是黑道，大佬要夠義氣夠雷氣，小伙伴有困難，大佬願意去撐著。
但是，若上司不信任下屬，為何要要求下屬相信上司呢?
單純看到報章及現時混亂情況下，突然有感而發。當管理者不信任人的時候，整個架構已經變成得過且過的情況了。
