RECIPE - "Cabbage spaghetti with pistachio sauce and prawns"
- Finely chopped cabbage
- Finely chopped red onion
- Cooked prawns
- Almond cream
- Vegan cheese
- Homemade pistachio sauce "to check recipe click here"
- Put a frying pan with a little oil and sauté the cabbage and onion for 5-7 minutes, so that it has a better texture we can cover it.
- Mix the homemade pistachio sauce with the almond cream in the mixer and add it to the frying pan.
- Put the cooked prawns and mix well, let it cook 5 minutes more. Finally sprinkle with the vegan cheese and turn off the fire, cover again and let it rest for 5 minutes so that the cheese melts.
- And ready to enjoy this delicacy.
