Liverpool signs Shaqiri
Xherdan Shaqiri has signed for Liverpool for a reported £13.5million. You will remember that Shaqiri has been playing for Stoke city. It was always a joy to watch as the player mesmerized defences including my beloved Manchester united when the two sides met last season.
Stoke have been relegated, something that hasn't happened in a long time. The club felt it wise to sell the player so they could make some money. His destination is Liverpool as Klopp isn't so much a fan of last minute signings (so I'm told).
Shaqiri will bring more options to Liverpool's attack. He is a dribbler and has mind blowing feints on his feet. It will be a joy to watch him play for Liverpool.
He participated in the ongoing world cup for Switzerland but they got knocked out at the quarterfinals.
