A not so boring salad!

Salad with colour, please!
Eating healthy doesn't need to be boring or tasteless. This was a salad I ordered in a restaurant in the Dominican Republic. I can't remember the name, but it was delicious and a lust for the eye. That is important, we do not only eat with our mouths, but a lot with our eyes. If it looks good, it most probably tastes good. This had just about everything, veggies, fruit, fish, and even flowers. Water comes back in my mouth, when I look at the picture. Bon apetit!

That's a salad?! It looks more like one of those things women like to decorate the house with that has no utility other than "looking good"
Well, I must be honoust, for me a salad is actually nothing more than a side dish...
