My Actifit Report Card: June 28 2019
Good evening actifiters!
It was a long week, but it's finally over. Friday was pizza night at the house. We made a combo, Hawaiian, pepperoni, and 2 meat lover pizzas. This was all that was left.
The kids love their pizza!
As for the workout, I did 2 routines with the wife. The first was a full body dumbbell routine. There was a real emphasis on the hamstrings at the end of it.
Later I did a cardio routine with the wife. She is an all out beat when it comes to cardio. I may beat her with the weights, but she can smoke me all day when it comes to cardio!
All in all a great workout day. A great day with the family. And a great end to a long week. Oh yeah, I usually don't say this, but anyone questioning, get ready to but Bitcoin at 10,600!
