Law of Attraction Part 4

This post will be a continuation of a previous post that I did for the book, Law of Attraction, by Michael Losier. This will be a breakdown, highlighting certain points that I find relevant and important. Lets get to it. This chapter speaks of 10 tools to "Help You Allow." The 1st tool is to Celebrate the Proof (Evidence). In order to manifest your desire, you need to remove the doubt. The doubt is what stops your desire from coming to you. The best way to remove doubt is to find proof. How you observe proof (evidence) of the Law of Attraction is important. When you find and experience proof (evidence), of the Law of Attraction, celebrate it by acknowledging how close you came to getting what you desired. Find proof and rejoice.

The second tool is "Record Proof of the Law of Attraction." Regardless of the size of the manifestation, if you have something that you desire, log it. Record your proof and you will raise your vibration. Finding proof helps lessen doubt. Whenever you have something proven to you, in that very moment you remove all doubt. Lessening doubt (resistance) gives you confirmation and helps you trust the process of Allowing more easily. In the absence of doubt you will bring your desire faster into your life. Whenever you are feeling doubt about the Law of Attraction, you just need to read your Book of Proof and remind yourself of all the evidence that you have already received to help lower and remove your doubt.

Tool 3 is Appreciation and Gratitude. Appreciation and gratitude help you send out strong positive vibrations. When you appreciate something, you are offering a feeling and vibration of pure joy. Keeping an appreciation and gratitude journal is an effective tool for maintaining a positive vibration. This allows you to purposefully take time to appreciate every day and offer strong, positive vibrations.

The fourth tool is to use the expression, "I'm in the Process of..." When you concentrate on what you don't have, you're offering a negative vibration. So instead, feel the relief by saying, "I'm in the process of..." Saying you don't have something is another way of focusing on your lack and generates a negative vibration. When you catch yourself saying you don't have something yet, stop, and instead, say, "I'm in the process of attracting..."

The fifth tool is the use the expression, "I've decided..." Deciding is really about making a decision and with that decision you send out the vibration of what you want to attract. Decide more often. You'll feel instant relief from the positive emotions that come with each act of deciding.
