Demons Love to Use Miracles, Too.

영성학교는 다양한 신앙관과 경력을 가진 분들이 찾아옵니다.
Many people of variety of religious background visit CSA.

충주의 시골구석에 까지 찾아오는 분들이라면, 우리나라 어딘들 가지 않았을까요?
If they are willing to come to this small town we’re in, I’m pretty sure they’ve been to other places for their faith.

그래서 그분들이 다녀온 유명한 교회나 기도원, 심지어는 이단교회까지 자세한 이야기를 제게 들려주었습니다.
They tell me a lot of stories about churches (and even cults) they’ve been to.

이단교회든지 아니든지 간에, 교인수가 천만 명을 넘는 대형교회라면 대부분 입이 떡 벌어지는 이적과 기적이 일어났다는 게 공통적이지요.
Whether a cult of a legitimate church, they both have miraculous things happening in front of many people.

그러나 지금은 각종 성추문과 석연치 않은 헌금사용 등으로 몰락하였거나 몰락하는 중입니다.
But now they are slowly sinking, if they haven’t already sunken yet, due to sex scandals and embezzlement of the offering money.

그럼에도 새로운 기적으로 뜨고 있는 교회도 나타납니다.
Even then, new miracles happen in other churches.

그래서 오늘은 기적 이야기를 하고 싶습니다.
I would like to talk about these amazing events today.

1. CHUN부교(PARK태선)
2. ChunBooGuo (Park TaeSeon)

교회이름에 영어를 섞어 쓰시는 것에 이해를 바랍니다. 제 칼럼에 접근금지신청을 하기 때문에 그렇습니다.
Sorry I’ve not completely translated the name exactly. They tend to flag my columns.

한국동란이 끝나고 산업이 피폐해졌을 무렵, 우리나라 교회에 혜성같이 떠오르는 장로가 있었으니 그의 이름이 바로 PARK태선입니다.
When then Korean War was over, and the nation was in despair, an elder rose to stardom--Park TaeSeon.

그가 수많은 병자들을 고치고 기적을 베풀어서, 당시 한강백사장의 집회에 무려 백만 명의 인파가 운집하였다고 합니다.
He healed many people and worked miracles; million people gathered to attend his service at the riverbank of Han, people say.

정신질환과 고질병을 고치고 싶은 수많은 사람들이 인산인해를 이루었으며 임박한 종말론을 설파해서 자신들이 세운 공동체에 들어가야 구원을 얻는다고 하여서, 당시 허다한 사람들이 전 재산을 교회에 헌납하고 신앙공동체에 들어가기도 하였지요.
People gathered, seeking for help; some people gave all their assets to his church because he preached that people will survive Armageddon only if they join his church.

지금은 초라한 명맥만 유지할 뿐입니다.
Now, there’s nothing left except for his name.

1. SUNG락교회(KIM기동목사)
2. Pastor Kim KiDong of SungRak Church

이 교회는 귀신론으로 유명세를 타서, 전국에서 수많은 사람들이 몰려와서 10만명이 넘는 대형교회를 이루었습니다.
This church became famous for the invocation service, and it quickly became a big church consisting of 100 thousand people.

그러나 k목사는 아니가 들어 아들에게 담임목사직을 세습하였으며, 과거의 성추행과 성폭행으로 방송프로그램에 오르내리고, 교인들과의 질펀한 세 싸움으로 교회가 쪼개졌습니다.
However, Pastor Kim bestowed the church to his son; the church split in half, after his sexual assault scandal was on the news.

지금은 더 이상 귀신을 쫓는다는 얘기가 들려오지 않아요.
I’ve not heard anything about him invoking and driving demons out from people.

저를 찾아온 분이 그 교회가 흠모되어 상경하여 예배를 드렸는데, 당시 교회를 신축한다고 모든 교인들에게 헌금봉투를 들고 줄을 서서 내라고 강요하는 장면에 충격을 받아, 그 길로 도망쳤다고 회상하며 말해주었습니다.
One of the visitors at CSA has told me he had to turn his back away from Kim--although he was a big fan--after he urged the attendees for offering money.

1. MAN민중앙교회(LEE재록목사)
2. Lee JaeRok of ManMin Central church

이 교회의 담임목사는 최근 성폭행과 성추행으로 방송 프로그램에 오르내려 유명세를 탔고, 현재 재판에 계류되어 구치소에 수감되어 있습니다.
The pastor recently came out on an expose program because he was accused of sexual harassment and assaults. He is currently in jail.

아마 적지 않은 형량을 받을 겁니다.
He’ll probably serve for a long time.

이와 유사한 사건이 제이MS(JUNG명석목사)사건이죠.
JMS went through similar course of events.

그도 유명한 이단교회의 목사로 신도들을 성폭행하다가 10년형을 언도받아 복역하여 최근 출소하였습니다.
JMS is a famous cult leader; he recently got out of prison after serving 10 years for rape.

이 이단교회의 특징은 놀라운 기적과 이적들이 일어난다는 겁니다.
This cult is known for amazing miracles happening at the worship services.

고질병으로 고통을 받는 수많은 사람들이 치유되는 사건으로, 입소문이 나서 수많은 사람들이 몰려들었다는 것이 공통적이예요.
People are healed and freed of their illnesses; and many line up to be in the service to receive healing.

저를 찾아온 어느 분이, MAN민중앙교회 (LEE재록목사)를 찾아갔던 이야기를 해주었습니다.
An acquaintance of mine told me his experience of visiting ManMin church.

금요철야예배에 전국에서 온 수많은 관광버스가 줄을 이었으며, 12시부터 새벽4시까지 이어지는 철야예배에 찬송, 율동에 이어 이 목사가 1시간이 넘게 열정적으로 설교를 했다고 합니다.
Tour buses from all over the country line up in front of their facility for Friday worships; the worship starts 12am to 4 am, filled with praises and dances.

기억이 남는 것은, 간증하는 사람들이 올라와서 실감나게 기적이 일어났다고 간증하는 장면이었다고 해요.
The most memorable event was the testimony; people spoke about the miracles they’ve witnessed on a podium, in front of sea of people.

그런데 기가 막힌 것은, 예배가 끝나고 이 목사가 퇴근하는 길에 수많은 환송인파가 길에 서서 창문을 조금 내려 손을 내밀자, 그 손을 조금이라도 잡아보려고 아수라장을 친 장면을 목격하고 충격에 빠졌다고 합니다.
However, he was shocked when his followers would try to touch and sake his hands from inside the bus, as he passed by them, waving.

유명 아이돌가수의 인기는 저리가라 할 정도였다고 합니다.
His popularity exceeded the popular K-pop singers, according to his memory.

제가 오늘 얘기하고 싶은 것은 기적이라고 죄다 하나님이 주시는 기적이 아니라는 것을 콕 집어주고 싶습니다.
What I want to say is that not ALL miracles are from God.

무당들도 병을 고치고, 절에서도 치유가 일어나고, SIN천지에서도 병을 고친다고 난리지요.
Shamans also heal illnesses; healing also happens in Buddhist temples; ShinCheonJi also claim to heal people.

그러므로 고질병을 고친다고 죄다 하나님의 종이고 성령이 함께 하는 교회라고 착각하지 마세요.
So don’t believe all miracles of healing are from the Holy Spirit.

물론 처음에는 성령의 능력으로 시작되었지 모릅니다.
Of course, Holy Spirit may have started their miracles.

설령 성령의 은사였다고 할지라도, 지금은 변질되어 귀신의 좀비가 된 유명목회자들이 널려 있습니다.
But there are plenty of pastors who fell and became servants of demons.

그들은 결국 성추행, 성폭행, 교회세습, 헌금유용 등 하나님의 얼굴에 똥칠을 하고 있지요.
They disgrace God’s name with all types of sins.

그러니 그들이 어떻게 하나님의 종이 되겠습니까?
So how can they be true servants of God?

그렇다고 기적이 일어나는 교회를 멀리하라는 게 아닙니다.
I’m not saying you should avoid churches with miracles at all cost.

기적이 일어나지 않는 무능하고 무기력한 교회는 하나님하고 상관이 없는 교회입니다.
Churches without miracles are not God’s churches.

그러나 기적이 일어나는 교회라도 죄다 성령이 함께 하시는 교회, 하나님이 요긴하게 사용하는 종이라는 착각을 버리라는 뜻이예요.
So please throw away the thought that miracle workers are all true servants of God.

진짜 성령의 능력이 함께 하는 종이라면, 예전이나 지금이나 자신의 이름은 감추고 하나님의 영광을 돌리고 있어야 합니다.
If they are true servants, they will carry God’s work namelessly.

그러나 교인들에게 자신의 이름을 알리고, 자신의 기도의 능력이나 업적을 홍보하고 광고하는 데 혈안이 된 목회자라면 귀신의 종일 겁니다.
If they wield their power for their fame and riches, they are no God’s servant.

거짓 그리스도들과 거짓 선지자들이 일어나 큰 표적과 기사를 보여 할 수만 있으면 택하신 자들도 미혹하리라(마24;24)
For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.(Matthew 24: 24)

울 영성학교도 귀신을 쫓아내고 정신질환과 고질병을 치유하며 성령이 말씀하신 예언을 공개하고 있습니다.
CSA also drives demons out, heal people, and show people the prophecy it receives.

그래서 많은 이들이 이단비스무리하다고 경계심을 드러내고 뾰족한 눈초리로 쳐다보고 있는 것도 사실이예요.
It is true that CSA is watched with a “might be a cult” on its name.

과거에 놀라운 기적과 이적이 일어났다고 하더라도 현재 이런 기적이 계속되어야 하겠고, 그 기적이 귀신을 쫓아내고 고질병을 치유하면서 영혼을 구원하고 성령의 제자를 양육하는 데 초점을 맞추어야 할 겁니다.
If they have miracles happening to them, they should carry God’s ministry.

그러나 목회자와 교회를 알리는 수단으로 기적을 광고하고 있다면, 오래지 않아 몰락하게 될 것이예요.
But if they’re using their power to advertise their church, they will soon meet their tragic demise.

그 기적이 하나님으로부터 왔다고 할지라도 버림을 받을 것이고, 그 기적이 귀신의 능력이었다면 파멸하고 몰락하는 것은 당연한 일입니다.
If they don’t, God will leave them even if those miracles were originally from God; if those were works of demons, there is no reason to stick around.

귀신들은 사람들이 불행에 빠져서 고통스럽게 하여 생명과 영혼을 사냥하는 놈들이기 때문이지요.
It’s because demons’ goal is to put people in misery and hunt their souls afterward.

어쨌든 놀라운 기적을 일으키는 교회나 목회자라고 죄다 하나님의 사람은 아닙니다.
Not all churches or people are considered God’s servants just because miracles happen within their premises.

그들의 기적이 성경에서 말하는 내용인지, 그 목회자가 거룩한 성품의 소유자인지, 그 기적이 귀신을 쫓아내고 정신질환과 고질병을 고치면서 영혼을 구원하는지, 기적을 일으키는 성령의 사람들을 키워내고 양육하는 교회인지 날카롭게 분별해야 할 겁니다.
You must distinguish whether their claim is biblical if those people have holy character, if they drive demons out and heal people, and if they nurture followers to work for God.

아니라면 기적을 앞세워 하나님의 백성들을 사냥하는 귀신들의 좀비들일 겁니다.
If not, they are nothing more than servant of demons using miraculous power.
