"Vision by Serge Bringolf" (1981)
Serge Bringolf is a French composer and drummer. He has worked as a collaborator with several musicians, being the most recognized the work he did with Jaco Pastorius in the 80's. Bringolf's musical style is generally located in the genre of jazz rock, although it is more appropriate to place it in Zeuhl music. Upon hearing it, one can immediately notice the influence of Magma, especially in his work as a soloist. Also the music of Bringolf has been compared with the first works of Zao, Art Zoyd and Jaques Thollot ... "Vision" is the second album of Bringolf released in the year 1981, in essence it is a very creative and versatile work that goes even beyond the genus Zeuhl; It is an album that will especially attract jazz rock lovers and by the way Magma fans ... the work has the collaboration of Alain Eckert (Art Zoyd, The Alain Eckert Quartet) which adds even more depth and beauty ... =)
