My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2019

I didnt post my actifit yesterday because i was letting my foot rest. Turned out to be a good idea( or doctors orders really). Today the pain was not so bad at all.

My little girl had gymanastics today and it was way to cold to just sit in the waiting room, so i went for a walk. Im still limping so it was not a brisk walk by any means, but it did me the world of good, a bit of head space. And a nice step count to go with it.....but i do wish i was able to continue the couch to 5k...maybe next week my foot will be strong enough to get back to it

    Although I live very difficult days, today I did beautiful things:
    join the Redfish Power UP Leagueand and watch some educational videos in udemy About STEEM with a wonderful woman .. hehe
