Good News

in #steemit7 years ago

Dear Steemit family, God has now made us partakers in the very life of Christ!
He has forgiven all your sins, don't feel guilty and ashamed anymore. Jesus has utterly wiped out the damning evidence of broken laws and commandments which always hung over our heads.
Having drawn the sting of all the powers ranged against us, He exposed them, shattered, empty and defeated, in His final glorious triumphal procession. Col 2:13-15 (Phillips)!

If you read up to here, would you please: follow, comment, vote. You can resteem too if you want your friends and audience to enjoy this blessing. We love and appreciate you in Christ!

Love regards,
Pastor Lea

Jesus only came for Israel.

John 3:16 ... read this beloved

Have you not read the words of Jesus himself? He said "But He answered and said, “I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”
Matthew 15:24 NKJV

So the question then is, are you one of the lost sheep of the house of Israel?

Before you can answer are you a lost sheep of the house of Israel you need to know WHAT the house of Israel is, and how it differs from the house of Judah..

Israel is the shadow or representation of the church today. It was an introduction to the Eternal family of God in Christ... you're blessed, read the veil which is upon many people's face because of the Law: 2 Cor 3:1-9

Is there a verse that says that Israel is a shadow of the church today? What exactly are you meaning about the law?

1 Cor 10:32 here you see the church of God is saperated from the natural Israel you're talking about. Paul prayed for their salvation in Rom 10:1, Rom 9:3-5 kindly you read these text. To close this debate, there's nor Jew, nor gentile and neither slave nor free, male and female, for we are all ONE in Christ Jesus. Galatians 3:28

There is a difference between being a Jew and being a part of Israel, you do understand that right? Israel is made up of 13 tribes, and the Jews come from the tribe of Judah. I do not think you fully grasp this concept. I would advise focusing more on the beginning of the book.

@pastorlea? Your thoughts on the 2 comments above?

Jesus came for all men... salvation is for all men beloved. Those words of Jesus are the words n regards to the age or system He was In. Which is the Jewish system. He came to put an end to that system and open the limitations that we placed among ourselves. Read Act 10, Peter got the answer of your question!

What exactly is this Jewish system that you say he came to put an end to? Can you show me this Jewish system in Scripture? Can you show me in scripture where he said he was putting an end to it?

Matthew 28:18-19, the end of the world, the word world there is the Greek aion which mean an age, a cycle (of time). Hope you get that. You're blessed

So you are saying he put an end to making disciples and baptizing?

You'll get it one day. He loves you, chairs shalom

I prefer Odin, at least the Norse Gods made no excuse for their human appetites.

You are blessed to be His.

@pastorlea what is this grace you keep mentioning? You mentioned salvation. What do I need salvation for?
