As we had a fair weather day, we decided to pop down to the beach. It's only 6 minutes away from our place and there is always something to see.

I try to live every minute of my days to the full while I am still healthy enough to spend time outdoors. Time flies and one day I don't want any regrets. So I do now whatever I can.

At Papillon we also work with a lot of old people and some of them have wonderful stories about their lives. But then there are some others that are filled with regrets and bitterness. This helped me to decide how to lead my life.

Optimism and especially hope can convert any dark day into light and kindness is a medicine for many heartaches, especially kindness to the self and to all others. There are many hurting people and each of us can help with our attitudes to make their lives better.
