NO BREAD TUNA SANDWICH
Why didn't I think of this?
In these days when many people are trying to avoid wheat gluten and extra carbs, cutting bread out of a meal can go a long way. For us, we simply ran out of bread, and have a helpful guest over for dinner who suggested that we substitute kale leaves for bread so we could still enjoy our tuna salad for lunch. Sure enough, it was a hit that will definitely show u p on the menu around here again.
Also, Mama-Pepper usually rinses her garden produce before consuming, so that's why she looks so picky.

That sounds great.
I have had BLT..... with no bread. The large L leaf held the chopped B&T.... with a little mayo of course. Yum !
