Tokyo Citizen • Bicycle Parking Series

This little folder upper has a great fluorescent color and a great name to go with it, Tokyo Citizen. I imagine this would be quite handy in Tokyo as it is in other big cities. The worrisome thing is that the seat is missing and this could mean one of two things; the owner feels the seat is precious and removes it when it is parked or the bike has been abandoned and pieces will slowly disappear as things do when they are left unattended in the big city.
