Winter berries at the park. These colorful berries are poisonous for humans and their pets. Originally they were used to symbolize the sacrifice of Jesus with prickly leaves echoing the crown of thorns and the red berries the blood of Jesus. Today holly is still used for decoration at Christmastime in a more joyful manner!
I shot the berries with my Canon 5D camera and 70-200 mm lens.

The English ivy plant producer berries also in cold weather and they are also poisonous. But that really depends on the amount consumed.

Here in Venezuela there are similar ones but they are poisonous :-(
