Cheat Day - Diet no More For Now.
Food is life. All of us has it’s own favorite. What’s mine? Hmm I’m a guy who is very typical. I ate whatever served on the table.
Lately, I have been doing my ketogenic diet due to my increasing weight. I’m also doing exercise to increase my metabolism. I’m spending 1 hour doing push ups, planking, etc. At first, I’m having a hard time because I’m keeping away myself from those foods I usually eat. I knew from the start that my main enemy doing this was my cravings. Cravings from chocolates, pizza, burgers etc. It’s really hard. I’m not used of eating green veggies since I was a kid.
What satisfies my craving? What I am doing is when I feel starving, I drink a lot of water. I’m doing the 8 hours rule. What does 8 hours rule mean? It is when you have to wait 8 hours before you eat again from your last meal. I don’t know if this is a good practice but for me, it’s very effective.
But hey! I been waiting for my cheat day to come of course, Hmm In every 2 weeks of sacrifices , I scheduled myself to have at least one day cheat day. Then here I am, the day I’m waiting for has come. My CHEAT DAY! 😄 , For now, at this moment, Diet no More. (Ehem. Just for this day) 😄
Gonna burn these calories on the other day! Additional kilometers for my jog and additional repetitions for my exercise. 💪🏽 Keeping myself motivated.
