I play on the ground to be exposed to sun vitamin D, a vitamin that plays a crucial role in many body processes, from bone development to our immune system. Sun exposure also plays a role in building immune system in other ways, as well as in healthy sleep — and in my mood. My body work best when they it get some sunshine every day. And good ventilation.
Exercise. I need to be active for an hour every day so play on the ground, and getting outside to play on the ground is one way to be sure that l am happy. I can certainly exercise indoors, but playing on the ground outdoors — especially with something like a ball or a bike — encourages active play, which is really the best exercise for humanity and expansion of life.
Executive function.playinying on the ground These increase my skills to help others to plan, prioritize, troubleshoot, negotiate, and multitask; they are crucial for our success. Creativity falls in here, too, and using our imagination to problem-solve and entertain ourselves. These are skills that must be learned and practiced — and to do this, l need unstructured time. They need time alone and with others, and to be allowed (perhaps forced) to make up my own games, figure things out, and amuse myself. Playing on the ground gives me the opportunities to practice some important life skills.
Taking risks. playing on the ground expose me to certain risks to developed talent and good community of friend on health Fishing keeps you fit. While going for fishing.
GOING FISHING
1 By going fishing your main muscle groups, heart and lungs are all getting a good work out. Choosing a fishing spot that's within walking distance of your house, or a 10 to 15 minute walk from your house, is an obvious boost to aerobic exercise. But setting up, casting off and then winding in hundreds of small fish calls for a bit of strength. Let alone some of the huge carp or pike you can find in our waters. It engages the shoulders, back, arms, core and legs in an active workout.
Gone fishingIt’s a whole body work out without the drama of going to the gym. You might not have even noticed it!
Fishing increases your vitamin D intake
Even when skies are grey, being outside means your body can top up on critical Vitamin D reserves. It boosts your immune system and has been linked to fighting depression.Fishing improves your concentration

I love Fishing with friends
No matter what age one is , when l go fishing l am always happy, because most time l do it with my community youths, fishing is a profession whether you take part in competitions or just nod a greeting to the angler on the next peg. You can join in as much or as little as you want to, but being around like-minded people, sharing an interest and connecting with new friends is a great way to spend the day.I love Fishing to improves my self esteem
Fishing is all about personal goals, and attaining those goals is a sure-fire way to improve self-esteem. It’s also a lifelong skill that you can enjoy at any age. Every angler remembers their first catch. Just look at the way their eyes light up when they talk about it.
I love Fishing because it is the perfect skill to pass on. Many anglers remember a parent, grandparent or other relative taking them to a local canal and showing them how to catch their first fish. Spending time with your family also promotes feelings of security and wellbeing, making fishing a worthwhile activity to learn
