Delicious Potato zrazy with vegetables
Potato enhances its taste with every vegetable. Every household has this vegetable at all times. Besides there are many qualities of this vegetable.

Ingredients
- 1 onion;
- ½ bell pepper;
- 1 carrot;
- 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- salt and ground pepper - to taste;
- 500 g of potatoes;
- 2 tablespoons of flour;
- 7-8 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
Cooking
Chop onion and bell pepper in small pieces. Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
In a pan over medium heat, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry the onions and carrots in 5-6 minutes. Add pepper and simmer about the same. Salt and pepper. Cool.
Boil the potatoes until cooked. Mash in mashed potatoes, cool slightly and mix with flour, salt and pepper.
Make small potato cakes. On each lay out the filling, wrap the edges and form zrazy, resembling cutlets, so that the frying is inside. Bread in breadcrumbs.
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry zrazy for 3-5 minutes on each side.
