My Actifit Report Card: January 31 2020
In the morning when I checked my Basecamp notifications, I saw a post from Jeremy Owens who wrote that he gives my pieces to practice for his students. In particular, right now they are playing my "Bellows" and "Contrabourdon" from Organ ABC.
It's a nice surprise for me, as the composer to know that my music is useful for somebody. I asked Jeremy, if it would also be useful for Total Organist community and he wrote that his student is excited about "Bellows". I will have to think about it a bit but I think I will try to make my music available for Total Organist students.
It will, of course, take considerable amount of time, because all my pieces are sold through my Shopify store. This means I have to manually copy and paste all of the download links to the Basecamp channel for our community to see them. And since these are 79 pieces so far, it's not going to be a few minutes task for me. But I do hope to find time to do it before Wednesday afternoon, on time for the delivery of my newsletter to my subscribers.
