A borogove party
Imagine my shock this morning when I walked downstairs and discovered that a small party had taken place last night on top of my record player. Yes, I had been visited by a borogove bird. The tell tale signs were the cracker crumbs and Liberace records. I walked into my studio only to discover my sketch book covered in borogove feathers. It's going to take me all morning to clean up this mess, feathers and cracker crumbs everywhere!

No, I imagine she would have eaten the borogove bird if she hadn't been asleep- they are rather tasty I have been told.
this is a good proof that the cat was asleep :-), but scratch - cats would be awake immediately if there is a prey....
Love the art and love the story. I hope it didn't take too long to clean up after that mysterious bird!
Still at it, they have rainbow coloured poop that is ever so sticky, all down my sofa cushions

this made me giggle and reminded me of doing silly little things like this with my girls when they where little.
I still do silly things all day long, just for my own amusement. You know the person in the checkout line you see giggling to themselves- that's me!
