Mis Compañeros de Trabajo.
Trabajar en el sector de la salud, requiere tener una buena relación con tus compañeros, un equipo fuerte y unido reacciona mejor antes las emergencias que puedan suscitarse en la guardia.
Un caso de hace ya algo de tiempo que recuerdo, fue cuando dos compañeros no se pusieron de acuerdo en la hora de su descanso, al no llegar a un acuerdo la guardia se quedo sola.
Al otro día fuimos llamados todos a la supervisión y fuimos amonestados, debido a que esa noche el hospital recibió mas de 15 heridos por armas de fuego y los encargados de trasladar a esos pacientes no se encontraban en su área, haciendo el trabajo mas lento para los médicos y enfermeros.
Fue un despertar amargo, tener que bajar a 10 de estos pacientes a la morgue, aun algunos estaban sentados en las sillas de rueda, murieron sin ni siquiera ser atendidos.
El hospital en el que trabajo actualmente no cuenta ni con el personal o insumos, para recibir una gran cantidad de heridos.
Después de ese amargo día las cosas cambiaron y siempre hay un acuerdo que favorece a todos.
