My Actifit Report: October 9 2019
The yellow is dominating all around. A few more weeks and it will turn into grey and dull, and somewhat after into white. Yet it is a pleasure to walk outside, once the rain stops.
The hard part is just to get dressed and go outside. Thanks to all my three motivators (my wife, our Havanese and Actifit) today we walk again as we should. Not so much, just 6 km. This is our favorite route.
