Besides this Actifit app, the next biggest inspiration for my daily walks come from our Havanese Giris. He loves this so much, that can recognize our intentions to go outside soon - from even half a word. Sometimes I am amazed how this small animal with his short legs can keep up to our high pace of around 10 minutes per kilometer. For entire 6 or 7 km. He never seems tired.
But we see he is - from how fast and deep sleep he gets later in the evening.
