My Actifit Report Card: June 2 2019
I’m back to running again! Although I allowed myself to sleep in since it’s a Sunday, I still got up at around 6:30am and by 6:38am I was out the door. I’m slowing building my endurance. I was able to run around the middle school close to my house twice. I typically am only able to run around it once before I need to take a break.
Running so early in the morning allows me to hear the birds and smell the flowers and as you may have noticed from my posts, I tend to take pictures of flowers that I see on en route. Here are a couple of them:
Aside from the flowers, I get to see birds (I couldn’t take pictures of any birds. They kept flying away before I could set up), and a couple of deers:
After my morning run, I continue my day by taking lots of walks everywhere - grocery shopping, running errands and going to church. I’m so ready for bed right now.
