Poloniex took my money!!!!

For about three days and 17 hours ago i submitted a ticket to polonix support about my steem transaction that i made and did not abeer in my balance!!!!
And until now no action what so ever, regards to my problem and i began to feel that i have lost my money.
I am sharing this story, to inform everyone here about polonix shity support .
and to advice everyone, to avoid poloniex in steem transaction .
I tried bittrex and it was very convenient and fast, so i recomend it right now for steem and other coins too.

And please if any one had the same problem and have been resolved and he/she took there money bake till me about it.

Many people have been having all issues you could imagine with poloniex.. I hope they get their shit together pretty soon because it's getting worse every day!
