Good afternoon food lovers!

We received a lot of flowers and cakes plus chocolate from visitors who congratulate the daughter of my employer. For the third time of her pregnancy, just this time her baby is alive. So it's our expectation having a lot of well wisher.

This time, I will show you one of the cake. A kind of white cake with a red flowers which is look like an original petal of rose but it is a thin icing forrm like a petals.

I think it is what they called fondant cake. But I am not really sure. The texture of the icing is harder than normal who is not melted quickly.

Another angle.

I want to have a slice on it but nobody will eat it. Since we plan to give it to the poor, I suggest to give it without cuts. I put it on the fridge and the following morning we gave it to the strangers, a street cleaner.
