I can make it delicious... But now at first:
My husband goes to the village and brings much of the cheese and milk that he buys from the peasants cheaper than you can buy in the city.

And then we put it all in the refrigerator and start to eat :) But as you know, fresh cheese in a few days becomes not quite fresh, and then from it you can do cheesecake. I make it fast and easy and my kids love this cheese casserole!

А потім ми кладемо все це в холодильник і починаєм їсти кілька днів :) Але, як відомо, свіжий сир за кілька днів стає не зовсім свіжим, а потім з нього можна зробити чізкейк. Я роблю це швидко і легко, і мої діти люблять цю сирну запіканку!

Here is my simple recipe: 0.5 kg of cheese, 50 grams of butter, 2 eggs, sugar and salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of semolina. We mix everything and put it into shape.
Cook for 20 minutes at low heat. Let's cool down. We cut into pieces.

Ось мій простий рецепт: 0,5 кг сиру, 50 грам масла, 2 яйця, цукор та сіль до смаку, 1 столова ложка манної крупи. Все вимішуємо і викладаємо у форму.
Готуємо 20 хвилин на слабому вогні. Даємо остигнути. Нарізаємо на шматки.
