Garbage disposal is prohibited - or not!
Next to building I live occurred this contradictory situation, under the sign prohibiting the disposal of garbage there was a lot of garbage!
What does this say about the culture of people living next door to me?
We can all agree that governments and city administrations often have bad laws and rules, but equally, citizens have to respect at least those rules witch are in the civilized world considered to be part of a decent behavior.
I'm really angry about this!
