Rethinking My Strategy
On Friday will be the summer solstice. The longest day in the year and the official start of summer.
We were longing for this the whole winter. It was long and cold. Really long. Believe me.
And now I live my summer behind the computer wasting my precious time.
Paying 12 CAD per month for Netflix and I didn't watch a single movie or documentary for I don't know how long. A year maybe two?
Writing my post at 1 AM. Chasing funny money. Slaving away to bots.
WTF?
Am I crazy?
I must do something about this situation.
There is no post without some shots.
This time some Edmonton architecture.

I'm gonna sleep over and find a solution.
Steem, I want my life back and I mean it.

So take your life back. Sell all of the stuff that you don't use. Stop paying for stuff you don't want or need. Look over your living situation.
Do you live where you want?
Is the weather as you like it where you live?
Is the weather to your likings somewhere else?
Steem highjacked my life.
I'm happy with the rest.

But I would just cancel my Netflix sub. I dont have Netflix, Hbo or audible anymore.
And take those 12 CAD and spend dem at Tim Hortens! :P
Also if yoy like to read or listen to books, read or listen to Tony Robbins - 7 Steps to finanical freedom, its quite good and taught me a lot :D
I've been taking my life back as well. I love to read and I love Steem, I've enjoyed the education, and I've earned a bit.
They may sort it out, or not... But I might as well enjoy my summer... Any up and coming changes in the price of the funny money will be driven by flowing with the market and not us attracting new users.
Luckily we can do both. Either way, do what is best for you.

No. In real life the graphics is awesome but the storyline is bad. 😀😀😀
People dumped cable for Netflix. Now you can also dump Netflix. At least spending time online means the occasional interaction with a human being, unlike watching the boob tube. And you obviously get outside for some photography!

I do have Netflix and Amazon Prime, Netflix I have the family account option and not only do I watch it while editing photos or while on Steemit, ( more as background noise to be honest) but My wife and the kids use it a lot so thats a good deal for me, and secondly Amazon Prime I use for videos on my Commutes on the train and get a fair bit of value from it with the free Shiopping, so for me there both fairly good value so I will stick with them for now
