A dosa is a thin savory pancake of South Indian cuisine made from a fermented batter of black lentils and rice. Dosa is served hot, served with chutney and sambar. Dosa is a signature dish in South India and Sri Lanka and popular in their respective restaurants across the world.
I decided to go out that evening on the spontaneity of the moment. I went window shopping and roamed around the city at night. Furthermore, I saw a large number of merchants selling street food right outside our front door.

So there was a lot of street food along the line and I was looking to see which one was good and suddenly my eyes fell on dosa so without delay I went in front of the dosa shop and saw him making dosa so I asked how? Many and what kind of dosa. Then my uncle told me that here dosa is available from 60 taka ,to 140 taka, to 250 taka. And the varieties of dosa were dal dosa plain dosa and chutney dosa.

After knowing these I ordered dal dosa for 60 rupees and after ordering she was making it and I saw she made the dosa beautifully and put dal in it and the platter had dosa sambar and chutney.

After making it, he gave it to me and I was already getting water in my jibba, but when I got it, I felt like when to test it, so I sat on a chair to test it.

To be honest, the dosa was very interesting, especially I liked the chamber and chutney of the dosa. And this dosha shop was very crowded and I had a lot of trouble to get it because I stood in line for a long time and finally got the dosa.
