Hi everyone in the house how are you doing this day? I'm glad to know that you are there in a good condition.

In this contest by @steempreneurhip that says hard work or smart work. I'm going to explain it in my own understanding so follow as I write.

Explain the difference between hard work and smart work according to your understanding?.

The two words sounds almost the same but to my own understanding, hard work is when you are doing something that requires force and energy like using an axe or a machete to cut down a🌲 tree. So on the process force and energy is being needed which leads to hard work.

And smart work is a brain works it doesn't require force or energy. It only require your thinking faculty like sensebility, reasoning and understanding fast.

So to my own understanding hard work require physical effort while smart work require brain work.

Hard work and smart work, which do you think is better to increase productivity?

The both requires productivity because they are some hard work that requires brain works. Like bricklayer work, there are sand that is not really good for molding of blocks maybe it needs much cement And there is some sand that requires both the sand and the cement to be equal. so on the process the brain which is for smart work is needed here. so it needs brain work which you have to apply to get the work done perfect.

Do you apply both in your work activities or not? Explain case example.

Yes. Just as I'm writing here on steemit this is smart work because before I begin to write I have to go through the contest l read it understand it and now think of what to write.
On the other hand I use to bake chin chin so I have to mix the ingredients like flour, sugar, butter and the rest of them together very well before I can get it well done. So on this process, energy and force are been use which is hard work.

We will like you to write a words of thanks as an attribute to the steemit team for their work in the growth of steem so far?.

I want to thank steemit for their wonderful works most especially the engagements that different communities are engaging us. A lot of people have buy cars while some have build a house, and some become an entrepreneur through the good works of steemit. I thank you all carry on and well done we love you all.

Yes you are correct. Both physical work and tasks that involve mental work require productivity and the application of skills to achieve optimal results. Both physical work and tasks that involve mental work require productivity and the application of skills to achieve optimal results.

You have touched upon an important distinction between hard work and smart work, and your understanding aligns with common interpretations of these terms.
