This is Me. Skating on the Rideau Canal. Going for a Beavertail and playing the Piano.

I am really giving my little DJI Osmo a good test here. Skating on a Frozen Canal in frigid temperatures. Stopping off for a Beavertail at one of the shacks on the Ice. Almost spilling my Hot Chocolate.... and it all looks very smooth.
I imported the short movie onto my iPad and edited with iMovie, also adding some Piano to the Sountrack (me playing). I'm pretty rusty and my fingers were still a little frozen from the skate.
I will also post this on HideoutTV to compare Views with Youtube and Tiktok.

A very relaxing and exciting trip, you have to be in very good shape to skate, I like the place very nice, here in Venezuela in my pure sun and beach state. I would like one day to enjoy the snow. Good video, I congratulate you and for your vote @curie
Thank you. Yes we can skate here on the Canal for almost 2 months of the year. It is awesome. I try to get out every weekend for a skate, ski or snow shoe. We have some nice sun , beaches and warmer weather in July and August.
The piano sountrack was wonderful. The edition was sublime and the sequence shot offers a sense of tranquility and enjoyment of ice skaters. Excellent, good audiovisual work! Simple but with content. Regards @offgridlife
