What Is SteemScan?

SteemScan is a tool used to convert Steem to other cryptocurrencies. that is to say, you can convert your steem to other cryptocurrencies utilising the steemscan. Currently, there are three other cryptocurrencies that you can swap your steem with using the steemScan, and they are USDT, BTC and TRX.

The current price of Steem to the dollar is $0.59; that is, One Steem coin is equivalent to $1.00 on the crypto market as of 11th Nov 2021. The volume of steem is the amount of steem coins that were traded in the last 22 hours in the crypto market. The present volume of steem is $22,804,906

below the price and the volume graph, you would see two tabs, namely

• latest transaction
• latest blocks

The live transaction, as you can see it all about the activities carried out by steem users; it has block id and id, which are unique id to identify every transaction, the timeStamp that shows the time of the transaction, the sender and the also the receiver of the transaction, type of the transaction which may include a comment, vote, rewards etc. and the last on the table is the amount Amount/&/payload.

The Second option on the tab is the latest block tab as shown above; This comprises the block id, a unique id used to identify each block. It also has height, timestamp and the block transaction, which indicate the number of transactions done by the block and lastly, the user's username that mined the block.

Clicking on the menu option at the top left corner, you would see the witness option, click on it, and you would see the list of all the witnesses with their information such as the rank of the witness, the status, version,last mined, missed , price fed, registration fee and option to vote.

Dapp, also known as Decentralised application, is an application that exists and runs on the blockchain network. It usually runs on an open-source where no one or group of person has total control of it, just like the one that runs on steemit.

Since I found steemit, I have been enjoying the community due to the valuable contents and rewards that I get in the community, so its one of my favourite Dapps

• Ethereum

I have used the ethereum Dapps to carry out different cryptocurrencies transaction

• Trust wallet

Trust wallet Dapp is another dapp that I frequently use in my daily crypto transactions.

you can find the quick convert by clicking on the menu; quick convert enable you to convert your steem to other cryptocurrencies such as BTC, USDT, and TRX

It is a straightforward process; all you have to do I enter the number of steem you wish to convert and select the desired crypto you want to to convert it to. and you supply the appropriate wallet address you will to receive the coin with. like the picture above, i want to convert 20 steem to USDT, and it showed me the quantity oe the equivalent in USDT and also the transaction fee as shown in the image above.

the search is basically used to search different information on the platform. there are different information that one can easily get using the searchbox

you can select the types of search ou want to perform from the options and supply the corresponding information as regards to the type of search you want to perform and you will easily get your result.

The steemScan is a very important tool that any steemit user must try to understand, i have read and understood this great and i shall be suisng them in due time when i would want to swap my steem to other crypto such as BTC and TRON.
